General

What do I need before we get started?

If you are looking for a design to code work, you only need to have a design ready in Figma, Framer, or Sketch format. You can even share your project on a handoff app like Zeplin and I will take it from there.

What payments do you accept? Is it secure?

All transactions are processed via Stripe, a secure online payment processing platform.

I have filled your project form and completed the payment, now what?

Once we have confirmed that your payment has cleared, We will send you a link to your project on Basecamp (a project management tool) and we will take it from there.

How can I communicate with you?

You can communicate with me anytime on Basecamp or via email.

Code

What kind of files do you deliver?

I will send you an access to the project repository onGithub with instructions on how to setup your site. If you wish, I will also send you a zip file containing all the code via email.

Can you deploy the code for me?

Sure. I can push the code to a deployment platform like Netlify or Vercel and ensure that everything is working smoothly for a fixed fee.

I need backend development too, is it possible?

Yes. I can do backend development for advanced projects with Laravel and PHP send me your requirements, and I will give you an estimate for your project.

Can I resell any of the code FastJam creates for me?

You own 100% rights to the code. You are free to do what you wish with it.

Delivery

What are turnaround times?

The average deadline is 1 to 2 working days per page and also 1 to 2 working days per API integration. I always do my best to meet this deadline. But in case of high demand, or if your design is quite complex, this deadline may be exceeded.

When will I receive my finished project?

Every project is different, so it's hard to give a general estimation. However, most projects are delivered within few business days, though more complex requests can take longer. At the end of the day, just use common sense.
